a BIG stadium concert. Jeff and I went to Dallas to his absolute favorite U2 at the new Cowboys Stadium… along with about 80,00 other people.
We thought the drunkards we asked to take this photo in the parking lot were getting the stadium in the background… not just the fence.
It was really great. However, I wish that I had not been pregnant… because I was focusing more on my churning stomach that I couldn’t even sing along half the time. I was also focused on where the lady down the row from us found that mini Papa John’s pizza. I also wish that we had brought our camera in… I didn’t realize that Jeff’s fancy blackberry didn’t have a camera… and I thought they wouldn’t let us bring our big one.
Here are some of David’s iphone photos. Although, Jeff and I were sitting on the complete opposite side of the stadium. If the computer hadn’t eaten my photoshop program, I would draw an arrow in the first one to the specks that are us from where Mark, Suz, David and Dawn were sitting. Would have been cool to be able to all sit together… but you could only buy tickets in fours…. and through some strange turn of events Jeff and I ended up spending twice as much on our seats (that were not really 2 times better.)
They played Sunday Bloody Sunday, which is one of my top 3 favorites and a little of Amazing Grace, which was awesome. It was really all so great!
Meanwhile, Lily had the time of her life at Nana’s… somehow managing to have a birthday party in the middle of October. That’s not even a half birthday yet. They fingerpainted and made cookies with icing. Augie played play-doh and Candyland. She’s wanted to go back since we got home. I think we’re reaching a new braver stage in Lily’s life… I WELCOME the competition.

That looks awesome! That stadium is so cool. That is hilarious that they took a picture of the fence but not the cool stadium in the background. You and Suzanne look so good in the picture! Hope you are feeling okay! :)
It was a good time. Sorry your stomach was hurting during the concert, I didn't know that. I wish we could have all sat together. I REALLY wish you could have seen the nerds sitting near us--their singing and dancing was so distracting. That's cool that you can really see your baby bump in that picture--mine is hidden :)
Love the belly bump!!! Hope you start feeling better soon and I'm so glad you guys had fun!
Glad you had a good time. I wish I could have watched Lily. I guess I will just have to pout a little!
You look great! I can't wait to hear if it's a boy or a girl. For some reason, I keep thinking it's a boy.
Miss you
Jenni
