It’s come and gone. Lily is OFFICIALLY two and is OFFICIALLY done with birthdays. Three parties was the grand total this year… a kid could get used to that…. a little too used to that.
Here are some highlights from the bash. So thankful for my parents letting us take over their beautiful lake house and SHADED yard… with our chalk and bubbles and slip and slide and sprinkler and pools!!!
So thankful to all of our friends and family that came and made Lily’s day so special!
…. and here is Lily at 9:30 at night after coming home from Nana and Augie’s house.
Everything was …. just a ‘bi-bit’ more playing or two more minutes with my this new toy. After a mini-tea party with apple juice in her new ‘tiny-one' tea set from Dixie Lee… we got her in bed. We woke to the sound of her singing happy birthday to herself on the monitor at 7 am.

It was such a fun party. You and Jeff were great hosts. Too bad Luke isn't in the pictures b/c he decided to stay inside most of the day.
I don't know how you do it! You need to start posting how-to's on how you make all this stuff. You are so creative! :)
You and Jeff should start a business planning parties, making all the decorations, catering the food and hosting it. I can't wait to get to discuss the details on how you made everything. Lily is the most beautiful mermaid in the whole wide world.

Lily is so adorable. I thought it was all so much fun and everything came together nicely. You and Jeff are a good team. You have great friends, too. I was truly thankful that the temperature stayed under 100 degrees. I wish Jeff's family could of been here. Love you all, Nana
